Kovee was founded by a team that lived the challenges of rental management from the inside: forgotten rent increases, TAL disputes, tenants who wouldn't return calls. We realized landlords didn't need another piece of software, they needed a real partner.
We designed Kovee to fit North American realities: the TAL in Québec, the LTB in Ontario, and the rental laws of every Canadian province and US state. One tool, full compliance.
Our team is based in Québec. We understand North American rental markets because we've lived them. And we keep building — so that managing your properties never gets in the way of the life you're building.
